The activity of the Erasmus+ coordinator (EU relations) covers the following main administrative areas:

General tasks concerning the Erasmus+ contract signing procedures completed by the coordinator:
  • to coordinate the establishing of Erasmus+ partnerships between the departments/institutes of the Faculty of Humanities of ELTE and potential EU partner universities
  • to provide general information in reply to inquiries received from eligible European universities that are interested in setting up an agreement with our faculty 
  • to ensure smooth and effective communication between the departments of the faculty, partner universities and the International Office of ELTE.
Outgoing Erasmus+ exchange students, the following tasks are completed:
  • the coordination of the faculty call for applicants/applications for the Erasmus+ mobility programme
  • the summarising of student rankings and preparation of the outgoing student list
  • providing assistance and advice to outgoing students and forwarding the individual contracts and relating documentation to the International Office, before, during and after mobility
Incoming Erasmus+ exchange students, the following tasks are completed:
  • providing general information on the faculty’s academic curriculum, the accessibility of the prospective host departments and departmental (academic) coordinators concerned
  • coordination of the student nomination process, registration of nominees
  • administrative support provided to incoming students concerning technical-administrative issues before, during and at the end of the mobility programme

Teaching staff and administrative staff mobility, task to be completed by the coordinator:
  • to coordinate the call for applicants/applications for the teaching staff and for the administrative staff of the Faculty of Humanities and to provide general information to all of our faculty staff on the application process and other general issues and guidelines of the mobility programme
  • preparation of the outgoing teaching/administrative staff list based on the departmental rankings and on the decision made by the Committee for International Relations of the faculty
  • to forward the individual contracts and relating documents of outgoing staff to the International Relations Office of ELTE before and after mobility
