Online appointment service

The Department of International Affairs of ELTE's Faculty of Humanities is proud and pleased to inform you that a new scheduling service is now available to international students and applicants.

The aim is to facilitate serving students by ultimately progressively replacing the current walk-in system, for the betterment of the service and for the benefit of all parties involved.

Should you want to learn more about our programs, inquire whether you are eligible, or apply in-person, we would be pleased to welcome you on campus. This online appointment service is also available to existing (that is, continuing) students, who would like to manage their studies and take care of other administrative issues. You can fill in the scheduling page here:

We firmly believe that this new service will help us further improve the services available to international members of our student community.

Please use the link provided above to book your appointment. There are office hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you should have any further questions or comments regarding the new booking and reservation system, do not hesitate to contact us at:  iso@btk.elte.hu
