Documents to be submitted before, during, after the mobility
After winning the Erasmus Grant, the following documents will need to be submitted in Mobility Online System throughout the mobility period
in case of study abroad mobility:

1. Before the mobility (website) - upload everything into Mobility Online System
- Learning Agreement before the mobility
- Fill in questionnare on mobility data and green travel - in Mobility Online system
- Health insurance which covers the full mobility period - upload into the "fill in questionnare on mobility data and green travel"
- OLS test result - upload into the "fill in questionnare on mobility data and green travel
2. During the mobility (website) - upload everything into Mobility Online System
- Learning Agreement during the mobility (changes) - submission deadline: 30 November (for autumn semester mobility) / 30 April (for spring semester mobility)
- Equivalence form - submission deadline: 30 November (for autumn semester mobility) / 30 April (for spring semester mobility)

3. After the mobility (website) - upload everything into Mobility Online System
- Certificate of Attendance
- Transcript of Records (provided by the partner University)
- + Green travel documents (only if the Green Travel additional financial support was applied for and granted)
- EU Survey
- Experience Report - fill in report in Mobility Online

- OLS test result - upload into the "fill in questionnare on mobility data and green travel"
2. After the mobility (website) - upload everything into Mobility Online System
- Learning Agreement after the mobility
- + Green travel documents (only if the Green Travel additional financial support was applied for and granted)
- EU Survey
- Experience Report - fill in report in Mobility Online
After winning the Erasmus Grant, the following documents will need to be submitted via email to outgoing@btk.elte.hu throughout the mobility period
in case of short-term doctoral mobility:
in case of short-term doctoral mobility:
1. Before the mobility (website)
- Learning Agreement before the mobility - for doctoral traineeship
- Residence permit
- Health insurance which covers the full mobility period or valid EU Health Insurance Card
- OLS assessment result
- + online submission of the form (only online! No need to send any proof via email)
2. After the mobility (website)
- Learning Agreement after the mobility - for doctoral traineeship
- EU Survey certificate of the completion
- + Green travel documents (only if the Green Travel additional financial support was applied for and granted)
