Important documents

The documents you might need during your mobility are available below.

Please always follow the instructions you receiv from your academic coordinator via Neptun/email.

Guest Student Course Registration Form

To register for courses you cannot register for in Neptun System, please use the GUEST STUDENT FORM.

First, download the form (if you have not received a copy during the orientation session). Once you fill out the document with all necessary information, you must obtain the signature of the course teacher (lecturer), and your academic coordinator. Once you have these two signatures, submit the completed form to the International Office (Room 44) until the end of the first month of the semester (30 September for the autumn semester; and 28 February for the spring semester).

End of mobility and final documents

Most of the international exchange students request a Certificate of Attendance/Departure/Stay document at the end of the mobility period to attest to their period of study abroad. Erasmus+ exchange students normally have a blank form of this document as part of the Erasmus+ mobility documentation compiled by the sending university. However, should this document not be handy, Erasmus+ and the other exchange students can download a blank sample of the CoA edited by us:

If you need this document, please download it, fill this out with the requested details and give it to your administrative coordinator persionally for her/his signature and official stamp.

Further information on the next steps will be sent to you via e-mail always in time.

We look forward to hearing from you!
