Main research areas
Spanish literature of the 20th century
My research focuses on twentieth-century and contemporary Spanish literature, ranging from the Generation of ’98 through the Generation of ’27 and the Spanish avant-garde to present-day Spanish literature. Within this field, I am particularly interested in theoretical approaches centred on the concept of authorship (with special emphasis on the implied author, autofiction, and collectfiction), as well as in the analysis of literary texts through narratological methods and tools.
Comparative approaches to Spanish and Hungarian literature
My research interests include Spanish–Hungarian literary relations and parallels, the presence of Hungarian authors in the Spanish-speaking literary sphere and their reception in Spanish-speaking countries, as well as the analysis of literary translation.
